Job summary

ADB SAFEGATE is seeking a Failure Analysis Electrical Engineer to conduct system-level failure investigations on airport electrical infrastructure, airfield lighting systems, and power distribution products worldwide. You will lead root cause analyses using structured methodologies and work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex field issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong analytical, research, and self‑learning skills.
• Experience with electrical components and failure modes.
• Experience using measurement tools, microscopes, and laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system-level failure investigations on electrical infrastructure and related systems.
• Lead structured root cause investigations using 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis, Pareto Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, service teams, suppliers and customers.
• Develop and execute test plans to reproduce field conditions and validate suspected failure modes.
