L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Facilities Technician C (Electrician) in Orange, VA. The role supports maintenance and installation of electrical systems for plant equipment.

Candidates should be capable of 10-hour shifts on a 4/10 schedule, with flexibility for other shifts and on-call duties. Responsibilities include electrical maintenance, installing new infrastructure, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary/associate degree with 2+ years related experience.
• Journeyman electrician license strongly desired.
• Strong electrical experience in an industrial setting required.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Outlook, Word and Excel) desired.

Responsibilities

• Electrical Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair plant manufacturing equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
• Installation of new equipment and electrical infrastructure (upgraded panels, transformers, generators etc.).
• 6S general shop upkeep, cleaning, or organizing.
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
