This role is ideal for an engineer who excels in power distribution, critical systems design, and high-reliability environments. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end electrical design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all electrical solutions meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the electrical design and development of high-tech and mission-critical systems.
• Define equipment specifications, load calculations, and power distribution.
• Oversee project design coordination with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams.
• Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other modeling tools to prepare detailed electrical system designs.
• Conduct site assessments and construction administration, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Work with clients and internal teams to develop energy-efficient, scalable electrical solutions.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, building codes, and sustainability practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
• Support the commissioning process, verifying performance and system integrity.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in electrical systems design for mission-critical or high-tech environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited program required).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong background in power distribution, critical backup systems, and emergency power solutions.
• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and other electrical design tools.
• Knowledge of NFPA, NEC, IEEE, and other regulatory standards.
• Experience working with HVAC, fire protection, and mechanical-electrical systems.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and support business development.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
