What You’ll Do

1. Lead the electrical design and development of high-tech and mission-critical systems.
2. Define equipment specifications, load calculations, and power distribution.
3. Oversee project design coordination with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams.
4. Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other modeling tools to prepare detailed electrical system designs.
5. Conduct site assessments and construction administration, ensuring seamless execution.
6. Work with clients and internal teams to develop energy-efficient, scalable electrical solutions.
7. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, building codes, and sustainability practices.
8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.

What You Bring

1. 5+ years of experience in electrical systems design for mission-critical or high-tech environments.
2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited program required).
3. Professional Engineer (PE) license.
4. Strong background in power distribution, critical backup systems, and emergency power solutions.
5. Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and other electrical design software.
6. Knowledge of NFPA, NEC, IEEE, and other regulatory standards.
7. Experience working with HVAC, fire protection, and mechanical-electrical systems.
8. Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and support business development.
9. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
