Job summary

ABF Security is seeking an experienced professional to bridge field conditions and design with sales, estimating and project coordination in fire protection and integrated systems.

You will build opportunities, survey sites, review plans, and develop concepts and estimates to turn requirements into installable, code-aware solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read plans and understand construction coordination.
• Strong customer communication, presentation, organization and project-management skills.
• A sales mindset: curiosity, follow-through, accountability and comfort asking for the business.
• NICET II or higher certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and develop new opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking and customer education.

• Stay engaged from opportunity development through handoff and project coordination.

Job description

ABF Security is looking for someone experienced with construction projects or a technician looking to move out of the field and use their experience on the estimator or sales side of the business.

You will develop opportunities involving fire alarm, access control, video surveillance/CCTV, intrusion and integrated systems. You will work with customers, estimators, designers and operations to turn field conditions and project requirements into practical, code-aware solutions that can be sold and installed successfully.

What you will do:

• 2+ years of relevant fire protection/system design experience.
• NICET Level II or higher.
