Responsibilities

• Estimate scope of work from project documents
• Enter items into estimating software (Accubid)
• Develop bid comparison sheets for major packages
• Coordinate with subcontractors/vendors during bid process
• Review schedule and constructability issues
• Communicate bid status to Chief Estimator/Supervisor
