Candidates should excel in interpreting blueprints, performing takeoffs, and leading profitable projects while upholding NEC standards and maintaining a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating or project managing $150K to $200K+ ground-up commercial electrical projects.
• Proficient interpreting blueprints, schematics, and control diagrams.
• Skilled at performing takeoffs, organizing game plans, managing tight schedules, and leading profitable projects.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• For Estimators: Estimate and win a mix of industrial and commercial projects in the greater Nashville area.
• For Project Managers: Effectively manage projects by proactively anticipating and addressing potential issues, providing accurate forecasting and progress reporting to ensure profitability.
• For Project Managers: Direct and proactively manage manpower, material needs, and GC relationships to maximize profitability.
• For Estimators, Project Managers, or Estimator/Project Managers: Establish, develop, and foster key relationships to secure new projects opportunities and repeat business.
