Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is hiring an Electrical Estimator in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on commercial and industrial electrical construction with a base salary range of $90,000–$110,000 plus bonus.

You will review drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and develop estimates using Accubid and LiveCount while coordinating with vendors and the operations team. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of electrical estimating experience, proficiency with Accubid/LiveCount,

Now Hiring: Electrical Estimator | Nashville, TN

$90,000–$110,000 Base + Bonus | Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator with a strong background in commercial and industrial electrical construction to join our Nashville team.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform detailed electrical quantity take-offs
• Develop estimates using Accubid and LiveCount
• Manage vendor and subcontractor pricing, RFIs, and scope clarifications
• Prepare final bid proposals and participate in estimate review meetings
• Support project turnover and coordinate with Operations
• Identify constructability issues and scope concerns
• Manage multiple bid schedules and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of electrical estimating experience
• Commercial and industrial electrical construction experience
• Experience with $1M+ projects
• Strong proficiency with Accubid and LiveCount
• Proven experience performing electrical take-offs
• Experience with schools, hospitals, commercial buildings, manufacturing, and data centers
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction methods
• Strong mathematical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Trimble preferred
