Qualifications

• Five+ years of electrical estimating and/or project management experience.
• Experience with Accubid or similar electrical estimating software.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical construction.
• Solid understanding of material, labor, equipment, and job costing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Field experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates and proposals.
• Submit bid forms, bid bonds, addenda.
• Use Accubid electrical estimating software.
• Solicit and review vendor/subcontractor pricing.
• Identify bid opportunities with profit potential.
• Develop and manage project schedules and costs.
• Prepare purchase orders and subcontracts; coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor profitability and progress; ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
• Lead and support field supervision to maintain quality and safety.
