Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical estimating and/or project management experience.
• Experience with Accubid or similar estimating software.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical construction.
• Solid understanding of electrical material, labor, equipment, and job costing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specs, and bid documents.
• Prepare accurate electrical estimates and bids.
• Submit proposals, bid forms, addendums, and bid bonds.
• Use Accubid software for estimating.
• Solicit and review vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Identify bid opportunities with profit potential.
• Understand labor, material, equipment costs.
• Help identify risks and opportunities before bids.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors and schedule deliveries.
• Review contracts and manage project schedules.
• Prepare invoices, change orders, and project docs.
• Monitor costs, profitability, and progress.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Support field superintendents and crew for quality.
