Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating for construction contracts and ability to read plans and specs.
• Strong math, detail orientation, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contracts, plans, and specs to develop detailed estimates for small and large projects.
• Complete take-offs within deadlines and obtain quotes from subs and suppliers.
• Assist in determining project resource requirements and support project turnover.
