Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating, controls and/or engineering experience related to mechanical construction.
• Proficiency with FastPIPE or FastDUCT or similar estimating software.
• Working knowledge of multiple disciplines, estimating techniques and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposal specifications and drawings.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and tour job sites.
• Prepare estimates using specified estimating software.
