Base Pay Range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates
• Complete accurate quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns across all trades.
• Review drawings, specifications and project scope to ensure fully compliant and complete estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids, ensuring accurate scope coverage and competitive pricing.
• Support the preconstruction team with budgeting, cost analysis, and value-engineering recommendations.
• Develop and maintain historical cost data and benchmarking tools for improved pricing accuracy.
• Prepare bid packages, proposals, scope clarifications, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Assist with risk assessment, scheduling assumptions, phasing, and site logistics planning.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of estimating experience in Municipal or Industrial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and multi-phase project sequencing.
• Proficiency with industry estimating tools such as On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and prepare accurate, reliable estimates.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
