Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator.
• Experience with negotiated commercial projects and RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed conceptual cost estimates and studies from schematic docs.
• Prepare estimate updates as design evolves and variance summaries.
• Understand unit costs and influencing factors on construction cost.
• Draft bidder instructions, clarifications, and bid packages.
• Lead presentations of cost/budget information to customers/owners.
