Job summary

Rauhorn Electric, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Estimator to support accurate project estimates across commercial and industrial construction. You’ll review drawings, perform quantity takeoffs, gather pricing, and help with bid proposals from start to finish.

You’ll collaborate with project managers, field leaders, and vendors to identify scope, risks, and cost drivers, participate in pre-bid meetings, and ensure timely, competitive submissions while growing your estimating expertise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with estimation software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, and bid docs to define scope.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and help develop estimates.
• Prepare budgets, pricing summaries, bid docs.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to gather pricing.
• Support bid submissions and documentation.
