Qualifications

• 5+ years electrical and/or civil estimating experience required, or 5+ years field supervision or relevant experience.
• Familiar with materials and equipment take-off process.
• Ability to perform conceptual estimates from specifications.
• Strong mathematical, communication and computer skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to confirm complete scope.
• Solicit subcontractor and/or supplier information and pricing.
• Perform material and labor takeoffs for electrical construction projects.
• Create and transmit scope letters and quotations.
• Support project managers during pre-construction activities.
• Assist senior estimators on large project estimates.
