Qualifications

• At least three years of electrical estimating experience.
• Ability to independently estimate commercial electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction methods.
• Knowledge of labor units, productivity factors, materials pricing, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, site plans, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review bids, evaluate project suitability, and develop bid schedules.
• Analyze drawings, specs, addenda, and contracts to inform pricing.
• Develop complete project budgets including labor, materials, equipment, and permits.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare bid summaries and assist with final bid reviews.
