ATALNT is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team in Wilson, NC. The ideal candidate combines hands-on field experience with estimating expertise across commercial electrical construction projects.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, performing detailed takeoffs, developing bids, and supporting preconstruction planning. Opportunities to advance within a collaborative, growth-friendly environment with experienced project professionals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical field experience.
• 2+ years of electrical estimating experience.
• Experience with commercial electrical construction projects.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience preparing estimates, bids, and proposals.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation methods and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Perform detailed electrical takeoffs and calculate labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Develop competitive bids and project proposals.
• Analyze project scope, schedules, specifications, and construction requirements.
• Identify potential challenges and constructability concerns before project execution.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Support preconstruction planning, budgeting, and project handoff processes.
• Maintain organized estimating documentation and project records.

Candidates with backgrounds as Electrical Estimators, Senior Electrical Estimators, Electrical Project Managers transitioning into estimating, or electrical field leaders with estimating experience are encouraged to apply.
