Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of electrical construction, takeoffs, and cost estimation, with experience in commercial projects and collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical field experience.
• 2+ years electrical estimating experience.
• Experience with commercial electrical construction projects.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience preparing estimates, bids, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Perform detailed electrical takeoffs and calculate labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Develop competitive bids and project proposals.
• Analyze project scope, schedules, specifications, and requirements.
• Identify potential challenges and constructability concerns before project execution.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize field experience to improve estimate accuracy and project outcomes.
