Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Looking for Electrical Estimators and Schedulers mission‑critical project teams supporting the delivery of world‑class data center facilities as a Estimators or Scheduling Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in project execution, developing and maintaining integrated schedules that drive project performance, accountability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 (or equivalent).
  • Interface with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and the client to monitor progress and update forecasts.
  • Conduct critical path analyses and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain schedule integrity.
  • Lead weekly and monthly scheduling reviews and contribute to project reporting and planning.
  • Coordinate with procurement, design, and construction teams to align milestones and dependencies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all schedule changes and impacts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in construction scheduling, ideally on data centers, mission‑critical, or large‑scale MEP‑heavy projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, earned value management (EVM), and construction methodologies.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑compliance environments with tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree preferred.
