Base Pay Range

$120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

A leading electrical contractor is seeking a Senior Electrical scheduling engineer to support data center projects ranging from $20M to $100M. This role is responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates, leading the proposal development process, and mentoring the preconstruction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex, high-value electrical projects and a strong background in data center construction.

TRAVEL 50% depending on project stage

Location: Open to relocation within the U.S.

Compensation: Competitive base salary + Bonus + Relocation Support

Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed construction schedules for electrical scopes on hyperscale data center projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align sequencing and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, perform schedule risk analysis, and prepare recovery plans when needed.
  • Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to ensure accurate progress tracking and milestone achievement.
  • Provide executive-level reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis to leadership and clients.
  • Support commissioning schedules for power distribution, UPS systems, switchgear, and critical path electrical systems.
Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of scheduling experience in large-scale, ground-up data centers or mission-critical electrical projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and critical infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools (MS Project a plus).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel assignments as needed.
