Position Overview:

We are actively hiring an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our Odenton, MD office. This is an added position created to support growing demand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical estimating, solid industry knowledge, and a commitment to delivering quality results. Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and competitive electrical estimates for commercial projects up to $5 million.

• Analyze drawings, plans, and specifications to determine project requirements and scope.

• Conduct takeoffs using Accubid Live Count Cloud and other industry tools.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and identify new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth transition from pre-construction to execution.

• Monitor job profitability and identify ways to improve margins.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in estimating commercial electrical projects (office, retail, medical, hotel, renovation).

• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, labor, and material costs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, Bluebeam Revu, and Accubid Live Count Cloud.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test.

• Strong tenure and interest in growing long-term with a reliable and professional team.

Compensation & Benefits:
