• Conduct studies to develop standard hours and related cost data or to effect cost reductions.
• Review material and labor requirements to decide whether to produce or purchase components.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating electrical estimates for a diverse range of projects in sectors including but not limited to Hospital, K-12, Higher Education, Commercial, Industrial, Recreation, Sports Facilities, Government, Historical, Utilities, Data Center, and Mission Critical. This role requires a thorough understanding of the electrical construction process, cost estimation, project estimation, and blueprint reading. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating in the engineering industry.
• Proven experience in estimating projects within Hospital, K-12, Higher Education, Commercial, Industrial, Recreation, Sports Facilities, Government, Historical, Utilities, Data Center, and Mission Critical sectors.
• Proficient in Electrical Estimating, Project Estimating, Cost Estimating, and Blueprint Reading.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction processes, materials, and the ability to understand complex building plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to present estimates and cost reports to a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with high level of accuracy in calculations and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in relevant software such as MS Office Suite and estimating software.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must have a strong work ethic and a "can-do" problem-solving attitude.
