Responsibilities

• Serve as an Estimator/Project Coordinator on select jobs, especially public works.
• Coordinate with foremen, manage RFIs, change orders, and SOVs.
• Draft and update construction plans using AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Assist with estimating (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and take-offs.
• Prepare and manage billing based on line-item SOVs for public works.
• Communicate with agencies and clients.
• Support commercial and residential teams as needed.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure compliance with public work standards.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Experience in residential and public electrical work, including meters and single-line diagrams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting for construction.
• Strong understanding of public works processes such as RFIs, SOVs, and change orders.

Work Environment

The work environment is supportive and team-oriented with direct access to ownership. Office hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM, with flexibility based on project needs. Enjoy participating in team outings, including our soccer team, fostering a family-oriented and team-driven culture.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Company does not cover benefits at this time. CTH route will offer benefits via Actalent
