Responsibilities

Drive the control electronics workstreams across hardware, gateware, firmware and test; own schedule, resources, dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
Build and maintain a realistic integrated schedule; surface risk early.
Coordinate orders, parts and boards with procurement and suppliers; resolve long lead times.
Drive cross-functional execution with physics, systems, embedded software, NPI and production; take issues to closure with mitigation plans.
Establish programme cadences and executive reporting, including dashboards and decision logs.
