Equal1 in California is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive cryomechanical and quantum system integration initiatives. You will manage R&D to production prototypes, coordinating hardware teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to deliver on time and within budget.

You will oversee program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management, ensuring visibility to stakeholders and a path to early customer deployments.

Competenze

• 10+ years of technical program management in hardware, semiconductor, or scientific equipment environments.
• Experience with cryogenic systems, quantum hardware, or related manufacturing processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple teams and suppliers.

Mansioni

• Lead planning and execution of cryomechanical and quantum system integration programs from R&D to prototype delivery.
• Create and maintain program plans with timelines, owners, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
• Perform critical path analysis, identify bottlenecks, and resolve resource conflicts.
• Coordinate work across hardware, cryomechanical, systems engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and contract manufacturers.
• Support supply chain and component management, BOM readiness, and build status.
• Support documentation control, PLM, and configuration management activities.
• Assist New Product Introduction (NPI), production ramp, and customer readiness.
• Coordinate certification activities (FCC, CE, UL) and other applicable requirements.
