Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience in low-volume, high-mix environment.
• Experience with electronics assembly and testing of analog and RF components.
• Hands-on hardware fabrication experience (machining, soldering, assembly).
• Experience in creating assembly instructions and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience with PLM, tooling design, and manufacturability improvements.
• Passion for manufacturing and a desire to continuously learn.

Responsibilities

• Own control electronics subsystems from NPI and Manufacturing Engineering perspective.
• Collaborate with design, production, and external partners to improve designs.
• Develop scalable manufacturing processes and NPI pipelines.
• Create and maintain assembly instructions and manufacturing docs.
• Lead transfer of designs to production and support qualification activities.
