Waabi is seeking an Electrical Engineering Team Lead to guide a group of engineers designing high‑performance embedded compute and robust power for autonomous trucks. You will drive manufacturability, testability, and reliability from prototype through mass production, interfacing closely with contract manufacturers and OEM partners.

Formación

• 10+ years in hardware development and leadership
• Experience with automotive-grade reliability processes
• Deep experience with complex PCB design and high-speed signaling

Responsabilidades

• Lead the electrical engineering team, setting technical direction and mentoring engineers
• Drive DFx across hardware iterations from prototype to mass production
• Own CM relationships, manage NPI cycles and line audits
• Partner with OEMs to translate supplier requirements into engineering specs
• Uphold ISO 26262 and AEC‑Q100 standards; map long-term reliability plan
