Job summary

TechniPower, Inc. in Sanford, ME is seeking an Electrical Engineering Supervisor for a direct‑hire, onsite role. You will provide technical direction and manage the Electrical team in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years as an Electrical Engineer and 5+ years of supervisory experience, including interviewing, hiring and training engineers and technicians, plus experience with motors and machine controls systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of Engineers and Technicians.
• Manufacturing background with motors and machine controls preferred.
• Experience interviewing, hiring and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to the Electrical team.
• Oversee and supervise engineers and technicians.
• Plan and assign work to the team.

In this role, you will be working an Electrical Engineering Supervisor for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for providing technical direction and management for the Electrical team.

This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked onsite.

Pay; $100,000-$110,000/Yr. depending on experience
