Job summary

P2S|CMTA is seeking a Summer Intern in Electrical Engineering to join the Electrical Engineering team in office settings. You will gain hands-on experience on real client projects and support ongoing design, prototyping, testing, and documentation activities.

The program lasts 10-12 weeks, starts in June, and offers mentorship, training sessions, and exposure to CAD/BIM workflows. Eligible students must be enrolled in an accredited university and eager to develop practical engineering skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university majoring in Electrical Engineering.
• Training in Revit and/or AutoCAD is a plus
• FE/EIT is a plus
• Trained to utilize CAD/BIM standards
• Ability to work effectively in a highly energetic environment; detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Assist the engineering team in the execution of ongoing projects.
• Contribute to design and prototyping activities.
• Support testing and quality assurance efforts.
• Maintain accurate project documentation; generate reports and summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in meetings.
• Engage in training sessions and professional development.
