HOW YOU'LL DRIVE SUCCESS

As our Electrical Engineering Project Manager - MEP, you will be responsible for leading the design, coordination, and execution of MEP, FP, IT, AV, and Security projects. You'll oversee timelines, budgets, and client relations, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your role will include:

• Managing the design and development of MEP, FP, IT, AV, and security construction documents
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless technical integration
• Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for efficient completion
• Serving as the primary client liaison, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Developing project scopes, proposals, and structures while managing contracts
• Identifying & resolving technical and logistical challenges with innovative solutions
• Leading project review meetings, pre-submittal discussions, and design coordination sessions

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, or project management
• Experience managing both new construction and renovation projects across various industries
• Familiarity with local, state, and code requirements for engineering and construction
• Proficiency in contract management, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Proficiency in MEP design, project coordination, and interdisciplinary integration

Having your Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or a willingness to obtain one is strongly preferred.
