Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Team Lead – Electrical Construction to provide technical oversight, project management, and leadership for electrical construction projects in the U.S.

You will mentor staff, manage design quality, and serve as Engineer of Record. The role requires a PE license, a bachelor's degree in engineering, and 8+ years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of HV/MV distribution, lighting, and power controls, plus up to 25% travel and office-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Active U.S. Professional Engineer license required.
• Experience with electrical construction, codes, and design calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineers, designers, and modeling staff; manage work plans and staff development.
• Serve as Engineer of Record and oversee electrical system studies and design calculations.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and clients on deliverables, design-build meetings, and change orders; liaise with regulatory officials.
