Job summary
Sharp Electronics Corporation USA is seeking a Manager of the Electrical Engineering Team to lead design reviews, prototyping, and validation of consumer appliance electrical systems. You will drive NPI endeavors, ensure timely and high-quality product launches, and partner with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to optimize production and user experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer electronics or appliances.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, NPI, and compliance.
- Familiarity with UL, CSA, FCC standards.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on design reviews, prototyping, and validation of electrical systems.
- Drive electrical aspects of NPI and product launches.
- Troubleshoot and refine designs for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product design, manufacturing and quality teams.
- Define test plans and sign off on engineering changes.
