Job summary

Audubon is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager in Houston, TX, to lead a team of engineering supervisors and engineers responsible for designing electrical equipment, components, or systems and ensuring technical accuracy.

You will manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality, coordinate with clients and vendors, develop design guidelines, and drive opportunities for repeat business while maintaining compliance with HSSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• ABET-accredited degree preferred.
• Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
• PE license preferred.
• Field experience required.
• Industry experience required.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of NEC, NEMA, API, IEEE etc. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineering supervisors and engineers.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Adhere to quality standards and engineering approval procedures.
• Oversee design checks and technical accuracy of deliverables.
• Manage client relationships and develop repeat business opportunities.

Education
