Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
PE license required.
Minimum of 15 years of experience preferred.
ABET-accredited degree preferred.
Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
Field experience required.
Industry experience required.
Large multi-discipline project leadership preferred.
ETAP/SKM/CARS experience preferred.
Knowledge of NEC, NEMA, API, IEEE design codes preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare advanced level specifications detailing client performance requirements and design codes.
Develop engineering sketches, calculations, and analysis models for complex projects.
Review vendor drawings for compliance with project specifications.
Interact with clients, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Adhere to HSSE standards and design procedures.
Visit job-sites and vendor facilities to assess requirements and compliance.
Prepare inquiries and purchase requisitions for equipment.
