Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required or equivalent.
• ABET-accredited degree preferred and electrical emphasis valued.
• EIT certification preferred and field experience preferred.
• Experience with ETAP/SKM/CARS and electrical design codes is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare basic to advanced specifications for projects detailing requirements and codes.
• Create sketches, perform calculations, and develop analysis models.
• Review vendor drawings for compliance with specs.
• Interact with clients, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
• Ensure projects meet schedule and budget constraints.
• Adhere to HSSE standards and safe design practices.
• Visit jobsites and vendor facilities to assess requirements.
