Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in product development with design reviews and system architectures.
• 2+ years of direct management experience leading electrical engineers, hiring, performance reviews, and mentoring engineers into project leadership roles.
• Experience guiding at least two products from concept through EVT, DVT, and PVT into mass production with contract manufacturers or ODMs.
• Broad board-level engineering expertise in analog/mixed-signal circuits, power systems, and high-speed digital interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the electrical engineering team, handling staffing, performance reviews, and professional growth.
• Establish and maintain electrical design standards and product development processes across client programs.
• Provide technical oversight on system architecture, schematic and PCB reviews, and design decisions for multiple programs.
• Collaborate with mechanical, embedded software, test automation, and program management teams to deliver integrated hardware and software products.
• Guide teams through EVT, DVT, and PVT phases and ensure manufacturing readiness.
