Job summary

Fresh Consulting, Bellevue, WA, is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead and grow the electrical engineering team. You will own staffing, set architecture, review designs, and guide engineers through EVT, DVT, and PVT, collaborating with contract manufacturers and ODMs on larger builds.

You will bring deep experience launching consumer electronics, managing power distribution, grounding, and harnessing across projects, with a strong emphasis on quality and schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have built and led EE teams delivering production products.
• Experience guiding concepts through EVT, DVT, and PVT with contract manufacturers.
• Expertise in analog, mixed-signal, power electronics, and high-speed interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the electrical engineering team, staffing and career paths.
• Set architectures and reviews, guide project leads through EVT to PVT.
• Ensure compliance and certifications (FCC, UL, CE) on programs.
• Coordinate with mechanical and software teams to deliver integrated products.
