Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with eight (8) or more years of related experience.
• Experience leading engineers, designers, and technicians in a heavy engineering environment.
• Familiarity with electrical systems in heavy-duty vehicles and CAN/J1939 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Direct department budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure on-time delivery of complex electrical plans and designs.
