Responsible for driving continuous improvement efforts across different engineering disciplines. Responsible for making critical decisions that have a large impact on projects and engineering initiatives. Develops and fosters Engineers to think innovatively, hold accountability, and process improvement on a daily basis. The Electrical Engineer - Project performs high level, engineering analysis, design or re-design, validation and troubleshooting of complex electrical/electronic systems for heavy duty vehicles.
