Responsible for driving continuous improvement efforts across different engineering disciplines. Responsible for making critical decisions that have a large impact on projects and engineering initiatives. Develops and fosters Engineers to think innovatively, hold accountability, and process improvement on a daily basis. Provides technical leadership within the electrical engineering department/platform. Performs complex engineering analysis, design or re-design, validation and troubleshooting of electrical/electronic systems for heavy duty vehicles.
