Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 7+ years of professional Electrical Engineering experience.
• U.S. citizen required due to federal contract obligations.
• Demonstrated competence in hardware design, development, and testing.
• Experience supervising a team of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering staff across concurrent development programs.
• Foster an innovation environment to meet challenging development objectives.
• Direct employee management: hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Analyze and communicate design progress using EVMS methods.
• Identify budget and schedule risks to improve cost performance.
• Develop design processes, standards, and automation.
• Lead obsolescence strategy for electrical systems.
• Willing to travel 10–15% domestically and internationally.
