RigUp is seeking a highly experienced electrical engineering leader for the Northeast regional department. You will manage a team of about 20 engineers and designers, coordinating across multiple projects at various design stages in a life science context.
You will interface with clients to define scope and deliverables, oversee staffing plans and project estimates, and lead department meetings. This hybrid role is based in Conshohocken, PA three days a week, reporting to the Life Science North

Function as Northeast regional electrical department manager for a team of approx. 20 engineers and designers working on multiple projects at various stages of design development and construction assistance.
This position is a Hybrid position based in Conshohocken PA office 3 days a week.
Interface with clients to understand project scope and deliverable requirements.
Complete early feasibility and concept studies as part of a multidiscipline team to produce project reports and cost estimates.
Develop staffing plans and project estimates for prospective projects.
Lead department meetings to communicate business strategies, coordinate activities and available staffing across the region.
Report to and interface with the Electrical Engineering Department Director, Life Science North America, to align strategies, project proposals and staffing across the wider organization.
Actively manage regional staffing support needs, elevate strategic technical challenges and workforce planning needs.
