Qualifications

• Prior experience leading an electronics/controls engineering team.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design standards and controls schematics.
• Proven ability to plan, assign resources, and drive project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electrical and controls engineers.
• Ensure design standards align with project estimates and requirements.
• Review and approve controls schematics and documentation.
• Facilitate team meetings and set development goals for engineers.
• Develop and update electrical design standards and SOPs.
• Allocate engineers to projects based on capacity and skillset.
• Collaborate with Mechanical Supervisors to promote cross-functional work.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct annual reviews.
• Support service teams with warranty/non-warranty troubleshooting as needed.
