You will manage a team of electricians, troubleshoot complex electrical systems, and ensure work aligns with NEC codes and safety standards. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in electrical work, strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and the ability to travel to remote sites about 3% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of electrical experience, preferably in manufacturing or commercial environments.
• 2+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial electrical systems, NEC codes, and generator power systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment per OSHA and PPE policies.
• Lead electricians to meet hours, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Support hiring and train engineers and project managers.
• Verify material availability for projects.
• Troubleshoot electrical applications.
• Run and terminate circuits.
• Manage workflow of the Electrical Team on site.
• Travel to remote locations (~3%) as needed.
• Uphold safe driving and company vehicle practices.
