The Electrical Engineering Supervisor leads a team of electrical and controls engineers, ensuring high-quality design, consistent standards, and alignment with project and estimating requirements. This role oversees key design decisions, reviews and approves schematics, and drives continuous improvement through standardized processes and best practices.As both a technical leader and manager, the supervisor assigns resources, supports team development, and holds engineers accountable for performance.
