Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related factory experience.
• Ability to perform commissioning and test activities.
• Experience in installation and termination of LV and MV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams in assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Interpret electrical engineering drawings and communicate to teams.
• Ensure quality and safety requirements are met.

Skills

Familiarity with NEC code

Ability to read one line and three-line drawings

Practical experience in electrical equipment installation

Ability to establish effective methods for installation

Familiarity with electrical assembly tools

Basic math skills

Good command of the English language

Experience in supervising and coaching

Knowledge of hand and power tools

Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs

Education

High school diploma
