Job summary

RTX seeks an Electrical Engineering Intern to design and integrate state-of-the-art test systems in a hands-on, collaborative environment. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to meet performance goals using the industry’s latest tools, in a role located in Massachusetts.

This onsite opportunity offers exposure to Python, C/C++, and MATLAB for automation and simulation, plus hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in STEM prior to start.
• Knowledge of electrical components including resistors, capacitors, and transistors.
• Experience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test products for complex systems within a multidisciplinary team.
• Create test interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and detailed circuit designs.
• Develop engineering and production test systems that align with cost and schedule goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and implementation phases.
• Utilize modern equipment including oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters for validation.
• Collaborate independently or as part of a team to uncover and resolve test product challenges.
