Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/electronics engineering.
• Sophomore year completed by internship start.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale.
• Familiarity with electronics test equipment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership through clubs, sports, or projects.
• Self-motivated problem solver with limited supervision.
• Preferred: circuit design projects, circuit fault finding, or prior internship.
• Preferred: IoT, Python, C, Altium Designer (or similar), Spice, LabWorks (or similar), Creo Parametric (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Participate with the Product Lifecycle Engineering team to meet objectives.
• Evaluate engineering design performance of field returns.
• Troubleshoot products using Structured Troubleshooting techniques.
• Test and analyze test data to assess performance using A3 and 8D processes.
• Learn and apply best practices in using electronics test equipment.
• Participate in design reviews as assigned.
• Provide written input for project reports.
• Perform functions under instructions and pre-established guidelines.
• Work under immediate supervision of experienced engineers and receive assistance on difficult tasks.
