The Superior Group in Columbus, Ohio seeks an Electrical Engineering Intern for Spring 2027. You will work with the Engineering team at our Columbus headquarters, supporting CAD-based design, data collection, and documentation while participating in project coordination.

Join a hands-on internship with lunch-and-learns, leadership training, and site visits. You will gain experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SKM Power Tools, AmpCalc, and Office software while enrolled in an accredited engineering

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing an engineering degree (Electrical preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Willingness to learn and apply engineering software on real projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce and revise document files for construction projects across multiple industries.
• Create engineering calculations using Revit, AutoCAD, SKM Power Tools, AmpCalc, and MS Office.
• Prepare studies for short circuit, device coordination, arc flash, duct bank, and cable pulling.
• Engage in training on industry software, codes, specifications, and design practices.
• Visit various job sites to assist with field investigations and drawing verification.
